By creating an account or using BeeChat, you agree to follow these Guidelines and the Terms of Service. They apply to messages, profile information, usernames, avatars, files, friend requests, groups, invitations, and interactions with support.创建账号或使用 BeeChat 即表示你同意遵守本规范及服务条款。本规范适用于消息、个人资料、用户名、头像、文件、好友申请、群组、邀请以及与支持团队的互动。
2. Prohibited content and behavior2. 禁止的内容与行为
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexualization of minors.儿童性虐待或剥削、诱骗、性勒索、贩运，或任何对未成年人的性化行为。
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, bullying, hate, or encouragement of violence or self-harm.可信威胁、针对性骚扰、跟踪、霸凌、仇恨，或鼓励暴力及自我伤害。
- Non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or sharing private information without permission.未经同意的私密内容、性剥削，或未经许可分享他人隐私信息。
- Fraud, impersonation, phishing, scams, spam, malware, credential theft, or coordinated abuse.欺诈、冒充、网络钓鱼、诈骗、垃圾信息、恶意软件、凭据窃取或协同滥用。
- Illegal goods or services, terrorism, human trafficking, or instructions that facilitate serious wrongdoing.非法商品或服务、恐怖主义、人口贩运，或协助严重违法行为的指引。

3. Blocking and reporting3. 拉黑与举报
BeeChat lets users block a contact from the contact profile and review blocked contacts in Settings. To report a user, group, message, or safety concern, use the reporting control where it is available or email security@beeorbit.net. Include the relevant username, approximate time, and a concise description. Because supported conversations are end-to-end encrypted, BeeOrbit cannot routinely read message plaintext; attach only the evidence you choose to provide and redact unrelated private information.BeeChat 支持在联系人资料中拉黑用户，并可在设置中查看黑名单。如需举报用户、群组、消息或安全问题，请使用应用中可用的举报入口，或发送邮件至 security@beeorbit.net。请提供相关用户名、大致时间及简要说明。由于受支持的会话采用端到端加密，BeeOrbit 无法日常读取消息明文；请仅附上你愿意提供的证据，并遮挡无关隐私信息。

4. How BeeChat responds4. BeeChat 如何处理
We assess reports using the information reasonably available to us. Depending on severity, context, history, and applicable law, actions may include a warning, feature restriction, group restriction, temporary suspension, permanent account ban, preservation of limited evidence, or referral to the appropriate authorities. We may act immediately where safety or service integrity is at risk.我们会依据能够合理获得的信息评估举报。根据严重程度、具体情境、历史记录及适用法律，处理措施可能包括警告、功能限制、群组限制、临时停用、永久封禁、有限证据保全或向有关机构报告。如用户安全或服务完整性面临风险，我们可能立即采取行动。
5. Appeals and good-faith reports5. 申诉与善意举报
An affected account may request human review in BeeChat Settings or, if unable to sign in, through the public appeal page. A reviewer may uphold, modify, or overturn the action and records the outcome. Do not knowingly submit false, retaliatory, or manipulated reports; good-faith reports do not result in punishment merely because a violation cannot be confirmed.受影响账号可在 BeeChat 设置中申请人工复核；无法登录时可使用公开的申诉页面。复核员可维持、修改或撤销原处置，并记录结论。请勿故意提交虚假、报复性或经过篡改的举报；善意举报不会仅因最终无法确认违规而受到处罚。
